All GRAR members are eligible to become a member of one local chapter. Unless a member specifically identifies the preferred chapter in which s/he wishes to participate, s/he shall automatically be considered a member of the chapter in which his/her primary office is located.
Local chapters are aware of and sensitive to the needs that are unique to its members and communities. As such, GRAR Chapters serve as a venue for members to get together, exchange views, and attend continuing education courses and social activities that are locally organized and may be unique to that geographic area. GRAR also assists its chapter members in interacting with local people and businesses to positively impact the communities served by those REALTOR members.
